Restaurant History

Chicken Scratch started in the mind of our Executive Chef Tia Wilson, she began her food service journey at the age of 14 working in her family ran restaurant. Ultimately attending Culinary School she began her journey as a business owner starting Chef Tia & Co in 2014, opening her first restaurant in 2019 and this being a spin off because of the wildly popular Honey Hot Wings that were served in the establishment among other delicious flavors. All seasoned and sauced from her scratch made creations hence the name Chicken Scratch.
